This
contemporary house has the look and feel of the old mining
buildings in Telluride thanks to the textures of barn wood,
locally quarried stone, and weathered, corrugated metals.
The details of the house were kept simple so the materials
themselves get the attention. Steel roof trusses, fabricated
and installed by Summit Roofing, were left exposed, as were
the undersides of many of the metal roofs. |
